AN EXCELLENT REFERENCE!

Jon Roland, a well known Constitutional scholar at www.constitution.org, has granted us permission to post the following which should be very helpful in discussions regarding rights from the Federal 9th and rights perceived as coming from the Federal 14th. Much effort was put into these well documented fine articles. A valuable link to history of the Bill of Rights is also included.

Thank you Jon.
